Quinto Quarto Harvest 
October 14, 2015 

Join us at Campagnolo ROMA on Wednesday, October 14 for a memorable Quinto Quarto dinner celebrating the whole animal as well as B.C.'s exceptional fall bounty. We host Quinto Quarto only a few times a year in honour of the important Roman culinary tradition of nose-to-tail cooking. This dinner will combine unique cuts of meat known as the fifth quarter (quinto quarto) with seasonal produce sourced direct from the farm, and paired with beer from our neighbhours at Powell St. and Strange Fellows breweries.
